White tablecloths and a warm fireplace dominate this bistro in Ohio City, helmed by chef Parker Bosley. Local ingredients are used extensively, so the menu changes with the harvest and the season. Whenever possible, organically grown vegetables are selected. Popular dishes include the signature rack of lamb and various pastas.

Parker's was a great establishment featuring many locally grown items. However it closed in 07 or 08. Sadly missed.
