Mammoth portions of veal, pasta, and seafood draw diners to this small art deco hot spot in a 1917 building on a modest block in Ohio City. A specialty is the red bell pepper pasta tossed with shrimp and a cayenne-spiked cream sauce. You can eat inside on white linen or, in good weather, have a meal outside on the backyard patio. The place fills up quickly on Saturday.

The stuffed calamari is awesome as is the potato crusted grouper. The quality and portions are always top line. I have never had a bad experience with either Johnny's. Highest recommendations to them.

I am truly stunnd to actually see two negative reviews here.
I have never found the service to be anything but excellent........and I mean excellent.
If someone else is picking up the tab, it'll always be my first choice!
