Attached to Key Tower, the tallest building in Cleveland, this hotel faces the historic Mall "C" and abuts Public Square. Plush accommodations have fantastic views of Lake Erie and the downtown skyline. The rooms are neat and spacious, but the real star is Key Tower. At 948 feet, it's the tallest building between New York and Chicago. All rooms are no-smoking; a 2006 renovation brought new flat-screen TVs, wired and wireless Internet, upgraded bedding, and new bathroom
tile and fixtures.

The Good: Location, view, service, the beds. The Average: Prices, just another Marriott - nothing to lift the soul. The Bad: Expensive unreliable internet. Poor food

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times as its close to my client. It is an average Marriott but newer than some and therefore nicer. Service is a bit disorganized at times but friendly. On my last trip, I was assigned a room with a dirty bathroom. That aside, the rooms are comfortable and the views good. My biggest problem is paying $170 a night for a room that is very similar to what I can get for $70 a night near the airport.
