Fodor's Review:
Jean-Robert spent seven years as chef de cuisine at the legendary Maisonette before striking out on his own with this Downtown venture. The seasonal French prix-fixe menu and the carefully chosen wine list have garnered local and national attention. Make your reservations well in advance (60 days is the max); a seat at the chef's table, in an alcove of the kitchen, gives diners the inside scoop.
