Getting Oriented

The Little Missouri River winds throughout this western North Dakota park, and plenty of bison, deer, antelope, coyote, prairie dogs, and bald eagles inhabit the land. Climb the peaks and you will get exceptional views of the canyons, caprocks, petrified forest, and other bizarre geological formations that make up the badlands.
