Ruth's Chris Steak House
Ruth's Chris Steak House Review
This outpost of the international restaurant group opened in Biltmore Village at the end of 2011 and quickly sizzled its way to the top of the red-meat venues in Asheville. The U.S. Prime steaks are top-notch, the atmosphere is upmarket, the service is doting, and the wine list is sophisticated if pricey. For the Ruth's Chris experience on a budget, join the crowd in the bar at happy hour (4:30–7 except Saturday) for a prime burger with fries at a bargain price. Parking is limited, so use the complimentary valet.
