Corner Kitchen Review
One of Asheville's most popular restaurants, Corner Kitchen even hosted President Obama when he and his family vacationed in Asheville. The menu changes regularly, and many dishes are locally sourced, with entrees such as pecan-crusted trout with sweet potatoes, or herb-roasted pork with fingerling potatoes. Be aware that this is not quite fine dining, more on the casual, homey side, and that due to limited space and the crowds from Biltmore Estate nearby, even with a reservation you may have to wait. The charmingly renovated Victorian cottage in Biltmore Village has wood floors, plaster walls painted in serene colors, and a fireplace in one dining room.
