1900 Inn on Montford Review

Guests are pampered at this Arts and Crafts-style B&B, where most rooms have whirlpool baths, big-screen TVs, and fireplaces. There are lots of nooks and corners in the expansive public spaces for snuggling up with a book. The inn has a social hour every evening. Innkeepers Ron and Lynn Carlson say that the Cloisters—a 1,300-square-foot suite in their carriage house out back—is the largest suite in Asheville. Several rooms, including the Fitzgerald Room and the O. Henry Room, recently have been renovated. Younger children are discouraged in the main house.
