Alpine Village Inn

Fodor's Review:

This motel in the heart of Blowing Rock harks back to a simpler time. Rooms are neat and attractive in a homey way. Owners Rudy and Lynn Cutrera have decorated them with antiques, quilts, even flowers on holidays. They were renovated in 2005. Room refrigerators are available, and morning coffee is served. Pros: cheerful little motel; near downtown shops and restaurants; good value. Cons: small rooms; don't expect luxury.

  • Hotel Details: 17 rooms
  • In-room: refrigerator (some).
  • Credit Cards: D, MC, V
  • Closed: Closed Jan.-mid-Apr.
