Run by the local preservation society, the museum contains photographs and artifacts illustrating the island's lifestyle and history. The summer outdoor "Porch Talks" series of presentations cover various topics including storytelling, sea songs, history, photography, and island life history. The museum is off Rte. 12 across from the Cedar Island ferry dock.
