Step through the wood-and-glass hatch into a dining room where tropical blues, greens, and thatch huts mingle with portholes, a bar top that seems fashioned from a wooden boat deck, and a roof curved like a luxury teak cabin. The Caribbean cruise theme carries to the menu. Grilled mahi is brushed with sweet chili lime glaze. Grilled pineapple accompanies seared, bacon-wrapped jumbo shrimp. Dark-rum glaze colors the grilled chicken breast, and ribs are basted with jalapeño-ginger

barbecue sauce. A kids' menu features pasta, burgers, and, of course, chicken tenders.
