The restaurant is literally on the old, crooked, wooden Nags Head Fishing Pier, and if you catch and clean your own fish, the chef will cook it to your liking. If fishing was bad, no worries; the restaurant has a homestyle American menu including seafood and breakfast.

The fact that you are essentially dining over the water is the only redeeming quality of this establishment. The unfriendly hostess and waitstaff borderline on hostile. The bland, greasy fare is nothing to send a postcard about either.
