Campy, good fun is the order of the night at Rum Runners: Dueling Piano Bar, a 6,000-square-foot tiki bar where embarrassingly fruit-filled punches and margaritas are mandatory. When the dueling pianists take the stage and demand you sing along to hits from the past 40 years, you just have to go with the flow.
