Charlotte-Douglas International Airport, served by most major airlines, is west of Charlotte off Interstate 85. From the airport, taxis charge a set fee to designated zones. From the airport to most destinations in Charlotte the cost is $15 to $20 (plus $2 for each additional passenger). Airport vans are approximately $8 per person.
