Fodor's Review:

The West End Wine Bar attracts a more affluent crowd with its comprehensive wine list (more than 100 by the glass), dinner menu, and rooftop patio. The downstairs speakeasy-style Cellar has three pool tables, eight draft beers, and a 1,200-song jukebox.
