300 East Review
Operated out of an old home in pleasant Dilworth, this comfortable little spot is the perfect place to hang out and people-watch. The always-changing menu, which has its roots in Southern and Californian styles, includes modern, sophisticated takes on various meat and fish dishes, pizza, salads, and pastas. A few items always available (thankfully) include sweet potato ravioli, drowned in a rich and gooey Gorgonzola cream sauce, and The Usual, a chicken-salad sandwich that has been a local favorite for years. Friendly and attentive service adds to the homey atmosphere. This is the kind of place where longtime regulars have their names engraved on the back of bar stools.
