Where to look? To one side is the city skyline, viewed from the 27th floor. To the other is the impressive display at the guéridon, a French cooking cart. The food itself is elegant in its simplicity: a salad of baby greens, shallots, tomatoes, and a champagne vinaigrette dressing, for instance, or a filet mignon with roasted potatoes, pearl onions, wild mushrooms, spinach leaf, and red wine reduction. You could close your eyes to savor the taste, but then you'd miss the view.
