Fodor's Review

In the heart of the central business district, this historic spot has an old-world, slightly faded feel, with 16-foot ceilings, a cage elevator, and a lobby with walnut-panel walls and a fireplace. Its antique charm is comfortable, not fussy, and each guest room is individually decorated. Some have Victorian-era or Victorian-reproduction furniture and electric candle sconces, and all have a lot of character. Complimentary wine in the evenings adds a friendly touch.
