Fodor's Review

Elm Street, with its turn-of-the-20th-century architecture, is the heart of this appealing district. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it has become one of Greensboro's most vibrant areas, with lively galleries, trendy nightspots, and interesting boutiques and antiques shops. "Friday After Five" brings weekly live music to the district in summer. There's Wi-Fi access throughout the area.
