This magnificent little restaurant is one of the best parts of Greensboro's ever-expanding downtown. The modern menu changes every month to adapt to seasonal produce, and locally grown ingredients are used whenever possible. There are plenty of meat and seafood dishes, but there's always a vegetarian selection as well. Some past offerings have included roasted duck served with black mission figs, basmati rice with parsley, and a molasses vinaigrette; and molten chocolate
ganache cake, accompanied by raspberry mousse and chantilly cream. Though pricey, the dishes are worth it, and the extra attentive staff help make every meal feel special. It's a good idea to call for a reservation on weekends and holidays, as this place is in demand.
