Fodor's Review

This small café is good for what ails you. Both the customers and the staff are likely to be young and tattooed, almost as colorful as the restaurant's mural-covered bathrooms. The vegetarian- and vegan-friendly menu includes plenty of salads, sandwiches, and homemade desserts. For a fiery kick, try the Flame Job, a tempeh sandwich with pepper-Jack cheese, fresh jalapeños, and chipotle mayo grilled on sourdough. The full bar adds to the edgy attitude of the place, which stays open until midnight on weekends.
