Bryan Park & Golf Club. These two public courses, 6 mi north of Greensboro, have 36 holes of great golf. The Players Course, designed by Rees Jones in 1988, features 79 bunkers and eight water hazards. Grandover Resort & Conference Center. Greensboro's only resort hotel tempts you with 36 holes on the East and West courses, designed by golf architects David Graham and Gary Panks. Golf packages are available; the deluxe package includes dinner for two at the resort's Di Valletta Restaurant. Greensboro National Golf Club. The clubhouse is known for its hot dogs, so you know this course lacks the pretense of others in the area.
