Every year or two, owner David Weiss travels to Mexico in search of new culinary inspiration—and then he changes the menu. Luckily some of the most popular dishes are mainstays, such as the grilled pork taco and the goat-cheese-and-spinach enchilada. The frozen margaritas are made from scratch.
