The Hudson Valley Sights

Museum Village

Museum Village Review

Hands-on exhibits help visitors understand the United States' transition from an agricultural-based society to an industrial culture and economy. Artifacts from the 1800s are used in living-history demonstrations by interpreters dressed in period costume. They perform activities such as hammering horseshoes in the blacksmith's shop, weaving, and teaching about farm life.
