It's worth eating here for the view alone. When the weather cooperates, you can sit on a hillside veranda with the whole of Keuka Lake before you. The formal dining room, decorated in 19th-century splendor, is another option. The two executive chefs create seasonal menus with entrées such as filet mignon with a chanterelle demi-glace, scallops and shrimp tossed with white wine and garlic butter over linguine, and roasted turkey and Brie wrapped in a puff pastry and topped
with a cassis sauce. Brunch is served Sunday.
