The crisp, well-trained waitstaff is as impressive as the finely presented contemporary American fare. Specialty dishes include the crab-cake starter, pecan-encrusted pork tenderloin, and roasted New Zealand rack of lamb. Lift your eyes from the plate long enough to take in the view of Keuka Lake. Docking for boats is available.
