Niagara Falls and Western New York Sights

Burchfield-Penney Art Center

Burchfield-Penney Art Center Review

This premier showcase for western New York artists reopened in a new, $33 million, 84,000-square-foot space in November 2008. The museum spotlights the works of watercolorist Charles Burchfield (1893-1967) and handcrafted objects from the Roycroft Arts and Crafts community. It is New York State's first LEED-certified art museum.
