Most meals at this small, casual restaurant are based around lacy dosas (rice crepes) or the thicker uttapa pancakes, which are then topped or filled with savory mixes both authentic (curry chutney chicken) and modern (roasted butternut squash with beets and goat cheese)—chutney, of course, in a variety of flavors. There are a few counters and tables, or you can take your selection to go. There's also a location on the Upper West Side.
