The Hilton Times Square sits atop a 335,000-square-foot retail and entertainment complex that includes a 25-theater movie megaplex and Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum. The building has a handsome Mondrian-inspired facade, but room decor is chain-hotel bland. Nonetheless, the rooms are comfortable and larger than at many chains, with amenities such as in-room coffeemakers and bathrobes. The hotel is efficiently run and the staff is pleasant. Because all guest rooms are above the 21st floor, many afford excellent views of Times Square and Midtown. Restaurant Above is off the "sky lobby" on the 21st floor.

Never have I seen such poor customer service.
I have stayed at Hilton many times for business and never had to ask for a change of service.
I will never recommend this chain to anyone again.
Even being a gold member they would not change the date of reservation. As a scientist, trainings are mostly subject to change due to personnel's schedule at a major hospital such as Mt Sinai.
You would think a hotel of this prestige and name would be top for customer service.
They have lost one member and anyone else who heeds my advice.

The lobby is great. Has a great view of Times Sq and the river. Nice place for a glass of wine in the evening and good breakfast. Room was great. On the 30th floor we couldn't hear the sound of construction next door.
