In concert with restaurant guru Danny Meyer, chef Floyd Cardoz creates exciting cuisine based on the tastes of his native India, filtered through his European training. Indian ingredients garnish familiar fish and meats like striped bass, chicken, and lamb. At the casual Bread Bar you can get in and out faster and for less money while watching naan emerge from the tandoori ovens.
