Michael Psilakis's homage to his grandmother's Greek cooking occupies the space that once housed the chef's haute Hellenic spot, Onera. Though the menu, decor, and price points have changed, the cuisine remains stellar. Among the mezes, the meatballs with roasted garlic, olives, and tomato is a standout, and the flavorful roast chicken, potatoes, red peppers, garlic, and thyme makes for a winning entrée. Reasonable prices—appetizers are no more than $9.95, and main courses max out at $15.95—make it easy to stick around for a piece of traditional walnut cake with walnut ice cream.

First of all, let me point out that this restaurant has moved. It is now at 505 Columbus Ave.[between 84th and 85th], but the phone number is the same.
There were three of us for lunch, and our bill came to $55. We had fried calamari for our appetizer, and it was light and delicious, and served with tzadziki [sp?] sauce. We had sandwiches/souvlaki and each came with homemade potato chips that were delicious, and a small Greek salad. For $12-14 the serving was generous and delicious. I would definitely go back, when in the area again.
