Reiss Review

Think of Reiss as the Banana Republic of Britain—a go-to place for casual-but-tailored clothes at a relatively gentle price. Kate Middleton is a loyal customer. Standouts for women include cowl-neck sweater dresses and A-line skirts. Men's wool combat trousers are complemented by shrunken blazers, military-inspired peacoats, and trim leather jackets.

    Reiss Review

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I beg you not to do business here. I have never in my entire life had such a horrible experience with a company. I was starting to shop for Christmas and found a sale item I liked. I was not in love with it so I asked the MANAGER about the return policy. She stated I had 14 days. After taking it home I realized it was not worth the money and I wanted to return it. When I went back and asked the sales person she pointed out their policy, which states they only provide exchanges or store credit. This was not visible at my time of purchase so I refused to take either, and she proceeded to imply I was lying, although my mother was a witness. The higher execs were completely inflexible and treated us like criminals. I hope their business is either drastically modified or they close down for disappointing so many valuable customers. I might get my lawyer involved.
