Mary Boone Gallery

Mary Boone Gallery Review

Based in SoHo in the late seventies, when it was a hot showcase for younger artists, the Mary Boone Gallery relocated to Midtown in 1996 and then opened this branch in a former garage in Chelsea in 2000. The space here allows for large-scale works and dramatic installations. Boone continues to show established artists such as Barbara Kruger and Eric Fischl, as well as newcomers such as Pierre Bismuth and Jacob Hashimoto.
