Fodor's Review:

For friendly service and great diner fare like fluffy pumpkin-walnut pancakes served with homemade flavored butters, head three blocks north of the Brooklyn Museum to this family-owned, 70-year-old restaurant. On weekends lines are long, but your wait is eased by free coffee and orange slices.

  • Open: Open 6AMto 4PM. Closed for dinner
  • Keep in mind: Reservations not accepted.
