Fodor's Review:
Times Square finally goes hip on a grand scale with the opening of this super-sleek 57-floor monolith, the flagship of the white-hot W line. After passing through an entrance of cascading, glass-enclosed water, you alight to the seventh-floor lobby where Michael Kors-clad "welcome ambassadors" await. The Jetsons experience continues in the space-age, white-on-white lobby and the futuristic rooms with multiple shades of gray. The bi-level Blue Fin restaurant with its sushi bar and floor-to-ceiling windows caps the architectural wonderment.

Ho real lobby, check in area on second floor very slow service, blasting loud music, dark depressing common space hallways, elevator etc, very creepy. Water next to bed had no price on it - got charged $8 for one 6 oz. bottle. Felt very ripped off, undervalued and unappreciated as a "guest" at Times Square W. Never again.
