Williamsburg has become one of the tastiest parts of the Big Apple and handsome, dark-wood-and-exposed-brick bedecked restaurants like Dressler are exactly what have given the neighborhood its culinary star status. Famed, old-school steak house Peter Luger may be just across the street, but food-loving hipsters are hitting Dressler for American seasonal cuisine like house-smoked sturgeon and braised veal cheeks. And if that's not enough to make a hipster's skinny jeans

tighter, the legendary burger from sister restaurant, Dumont, is also on the menu. Brunch is served on Sunday.
