Fodor's Review

Resolutely farm-to-table when they opened this winsome restaurant in 2004, owners Laura and David Shea have since literally "bought the farm" and now supply many ingredients from their East Chatham, New York, farm. Back in Brooklyn, executive chef Sam Sherman stays on-message, serving hearty modern American food like pan-roasted Long Island fluke, grilled New Hampshire pork, homemade charcuterie, and seasonal vegetables. Look for special menu nights, which might feature local beer pairings.
