Fodor's Review

Come to this Chinatown eatery for above-average Chinese fare, such as General Tso's chicken, pork buns, and cold sesame noodles, but do yourself a favor and order soup dumplings (xiao long bao) as soon as you sit down. You won't regret it. The dumplings, doughy and thin on the outside, encase morsels of crab swimming in a bold porky broth, truly a wonder of the culinary world—and 456 does them as well as (or better than) anyone in the city.
