The Frisky Oyster

The Frisky Oyster Review

This modern restaurant is a little piece of Manhattan in Greenport. North Fork sophisticates come for the small, lively bar and contemporary fare, such as seared foie gras atop roasted pineapple and mâche, and penne with pancetta, littleneck clams, leeks, and tomatoes.

We had a wonderful time out here in Greenport. The Frisky Oyster restaurant was amazing. The place was hopping and you felt special just being there. The steak I had was absolute perfection. We also went to the Frisky Oyster Bar for lunch, which was equally excellent and a bit more informal. We stayed at The Stirling House B&B on the water right in town, which was our best lodging experience...ever! (and we are big travellers) We took a wine tout with Vintage Tour and had a fun wine-filled day. What a weekend!
