Fodor's Review:
With spectacular views of Dering Harbor, this co-op complex offers motel studios, which are by the road, as well as one- and two-bedroom units. The two-bedroom waterfront suites have a fireplace and private deck. The marina dock is a few steps away.

- In-room: kitchen (some), refrigerator (some).
- In-hotel: restaurant, tennis courts, bar, pool, laundry facilities, no-smoking rooms.
