Osprey's top wines, like the rich cabernet sauvignon, are becoming serious players, whereas a sweet wine made from strawberries is a great picnic pour. During a late-afternoon summer tasting on the patio, you might see the owners, avid flyers, buzz in for a 4 PM "visit" on an antique plane.
