Fodor's Review:

The 187-acre refuge, on a small peninsula that juts into Little Peconic and Noyac bays a few miles west of Sag Harbor, encompasses beaches and woody bluffs inhabited by terns, osprey, and wading birds as well as deer. Hiking trails vein the area.
