The airy, nautically themed restaurant—one of the best on the North Fork—offers sweeping views of Peconic Bay and refined seafood and other contemporary dishes, including sushi. Local ingredients are emphasized. Try the pan-seared local fish or the grilled salmon over lobster succotash with sweet-potato sticks.
