The new American takes on steak and seafood, the regional specialties, the stellar desserts, and the generous portions earn this restaurant high marks. Try the herb-roasted free-range chicken or the signature steak, a dry-aged, prime New York sirloin. There's also a $20 prix-fixe menu daily.
