Off a grassy courtyard near the Blumenschein and Harwood museums, this traditional-looking adobe restaurant offers an eclectic menu. Asian, European, and Middle Eastern influences can be tasted in dishes like seafood cakes, duck curry, and vegetable potpie. Service is friendly, and the vibe is low-key -- this is a spot relatively few tourists find out about.

We really enjoyed this tiny place just a block of the square. The casual atmosphere, friendly staff and great food are just what's called for in Taos. No pretensions, just a great wine list and surprisingly good food.

This warm, cozy restaurant with an eclectic menu will truly tempt the food snob in anyone. I'm vegetarian and when there hasn't been something on the menu, the owner and chef have created unbelievable entrees that certainly weren't the standard pasta with veggies one usually gets. The presentation of the food is beautiful, and the tastes rich and tantalizing. Slightly higher on the price scale, but we have never walked away feeling the money was anything less than well spent. You must try the caesar salad. My husband and I will attest it is the best Caesar we have ever had. The owner waits on your table himself and lends his pride of his work to everything he does. You'll love it!
