Michael's Kitchen

Fodor's Review

This casual, homey restaurant serves up a bit of everything—you can have a hamburger while your friend who can't get enough chile sauce can order up vegetarian cheese enchiladas garnished with lettuce and tomatoes. Brunch is popular with the locals (dig into a plate of strawberry-banana-pecan pancakes), and amusing asides to the waitstaff over the intercom contribute to the energetic buzz. Dinner is served Friday through Sunday, but just till 8.

Where is the health department? This place was a filthy dump. The tables were dirty, the cushions stained and disgusting and the floors were nasty. To top it off the place was swarming with flies. Food? Who cares when the joint is this nasty. Clean up you shop you boneheads!

The Prime Rib was not prime

Sorry but the prime rib we had last next was bad. It was dry and tough and didn't taste like prime rib, more like a dry steak.
