Tiwa Kitchen Review
This one-of-a-kind restaurant, even for Taos, serves authentic Native American food in a casual setting. Ben White Buffalo and his wife Debbie Moonlight Flowers organically grow many of the restaurant's ingredients themselves and use traditional beehive wood-fired ovens just outside the back door for baking corn and roasting peppers. Try the blue-corn taco made with blue-corn fry bread or grilled buffalo sausage served with red or green chile.
