Surrounded by thick walls, this early-1800s Pueblo Revival building—and the surrounding gardens—capture the spirit and style of Spanish-colonial Taos. The rooms, which are appointed with fresh-cut flowers, have kiva fireplaces, CD stereos, coffeemakers, and Mexican-tile bathrooms, and many have private patios or decks. The living room has a well-stocked library with books on Taos and art. Owners Jerry and Peggy Davis provide helpful advice about the area and serve a generous breakfast, afternoon snacks, and evening coffee. Guests have privileges at the nearby health club (and the inn has its own hot tub).
