Elkhorn Cafe

Elkhorn Cafe Review

Here is the place for a plate of true-blue, stacked New Mexican enchiladas with posole (a New Mexican specialty of hominy slow-cooked in an herbed broth with chunks of pork), and beans nestled happily under tasty green chile. The carne adovada (pork marinated in red chile and slow-cooked until tender) is songworthy. Locals fill the place for breakfast, which starts at 6 am, as well as lunch and dinner.
