Aztec Cafe

Aztec Cafe Review

If a cup of really tasty, locally roasted, noncorporate coffee in a funky, creaky-wood-floored old adobe sounds like nirvana to you, then this is the place. Cozy, colorful rooms inside are lined with local art (and artists), the staff is laid-back and friendly, and the shady patio outside is a busy meeting ground for locals. Food is homemade, healthy, and flavorful. The menu includes sandwiches such as the Martin-roast turkey, green apples, and Swiss cheese; fabulous, fluffy quiches; soups, breakfast burritos, and superyummy homemade ice cream in the warm season. Brunch happens on the weekends. It's open until 7 (6 pm Sundays) in case you get late-afternoon munchies. There's free Wi-Fi and a public computer with Internet access, and beer and wine are available.
